User Content License Agreement

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you and HuntScout governing your use of collaborative features. By accessing or using any collaborative features within the HuntScout application, including but not limited to the Logbook, Hunting Parties, shared content, or interacting with other users, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.

If you do not agree to these terms, you must not access or use the collaborative features.

HuntScout maintains a strict zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

This policy exists to ensure a safe, respectful, and welcoming environment for all hunters using HuntScout. We take this policy seriously and enforce it consistently.

Users who violate this EULA will face consequences proportionate to the severity of their violation:

• Content Removal: Violating content will be removed immediately upon detection or verification
• Warning: For minor first-time violations, users may receive a warning
• Temporary Suspension: Repeated violations or moderate offenses will result in temporary account suspension
• Permanent Ban: Severe violations or continued violations after warnings will result in permanent account termination
• Immediate Termination: Certain severe violations (illegal content, credible threats, harassment campaigns) will result in immediate permanent termination without warning

Decisions regarding account actions are at HuntScout's sole discretion and are final. We reserve the right to terminate any account at any time for any violation of this EULA.

HuntScout employs multiple layers of content moderation to maintain high standards:

• Automated Filtering: AI-powered systems automatically detect and filter potentially objectionable content before it is published
• User Reporting: Users can report content that violates guidelines using in-app reporting tools
• Human Review: Our moderation team reviews all reports within 24 hours and takes appropriate action
• Proactive Monitoring: We actively monitor shared content to identify and address violations

Users have the ability to block other users they find objectionable. When you block a user:

• You will no longer see their posts or comments
• They will no longer see your posts or comments
• Our moderation team is automatically notified to review the blocked user's content and behavior

If you encounter content or behavior that violates this EULA, please report it immediately using the in-app reporting feature. When reporting:

• Select the most appropriate reason for your report
• Provide any additional context that may help our review
• Do not engage with or retaliate against the offending user

We take all reports seriously and will investigate each one. You will not face retaliation for making good-faith reports.

By using collaborative features, you agree to:

• Treat all users with respect and courtesy
• Post only content you have the right to share
• Ensure your content complies with all applicable laws and hunting regulations
• Not attempt to circumvent content filters or moderation
• Not create multiple accounts to evade bans or restrictions
• Report violations when you see them
• Accept responsibility for all content posted under your account

By posting content to HuntScout (including Logbook entries and Hunting Party content), you grant HuntScout a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, display, reproduce, and distribute your content within the application and for promotional purposes.

You retain ownership of your original content but acknowledge that once posted, content may be cached, shared, or referenced by other users.

User-generated content does not represent the views of HuntScout. We do not endorse, verify, or guarantee the accuracy of any user content. Users are responsible for verifying any hunting information with official sources.

HuntScout is not liable for any harm resulting from user-generated content, including but not limited to incorrect hunting information, defamatory statements, or other user interactions.

We may update this EULA from time to time to reflect changes in our practices or for legal, operational, or regulatory reasons. We will notify users of material changes through the app. Continued use of collaborative features after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated EULA.

This EULA shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Province of Ontario, Canada, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
