1. Agreement to Terms

This End User License Agreement ("EULA") is a binding legal agreement between you and HuntScout governing your use of collaborative features. By accessing or using any collaborative features within the HuntScout application, including but not limited to the Logbook, Hunting Parties, shared content, or interacting with other users, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by this EULA.

2. Zero Tolerance Policy

HuntScout maintains a strict zero tolerance policy for objectionable content and abusive users.

Prohibited Content & Behavior:

  • Harassment & Bullying: Targeting, intimidating, or deliberately upsetting other users
  • Hate Speech & Threats: Promoting hatred, discrimination, or threats of violence
  • Illegal Activity: Content promoting or depicting illegal activities, including poaching or game violations
  • Spam & Impersonation: Unsolicited promotions, automated bots, or misleading claims

3. Consequences of Violations

  • Content Removal: Violating content will be removed immediately upon verification
  • Suspension: Repeated violations or offenses will result in temporary or permanent ban
  • Immediate Termination: Severe violations will result in immediate permanent account termination without warning
