Required if born after Jan 1, 1971. Take the course online ($66.67 + tax) at HunterCourse.com or in person through SAFE.

Step 2

Get Your HAL Number

Create a free account at saskatchewanhal.ca. Your HAL number is used for all licence purchases.

Step 3

Buy Your Hunting Licence

Purchase online, by phone, or at provincial offices and authorized vendors.

Step 4

Apply for Draws

Some big game species (elk, moose in certain zones) require draw applications.
